Bernie Blumenthal has served as the Manager of the Linking International Trade Education (LITE) Program in the John H. Chafee Center at Bryant University since 1998. Bernie directs several educational initiatives designed to promote global awareness with high school students and providing teachers with access to information and technology they can use in the classroom.

Before working in the LITE program, Bernie served as the Assistant Director and Director of Residence Life as well as the Assistant Director and Associate Director of Admissions at Bryant University . His background includes over 28 years of experience with college student development and high school education. He holds a BA in Sociology and a MSEd in Counseling.
